Our extensions run entirely on your computer and collect no data. If one misbehaves, say which extension and what happened; an update ships through the Chrome Web Store automatically.
Bought a template on Gumroad and something is not working? Email the order number and a description. Templates work in Excel 2010+, Google Sheets (File → Import) and LibreOffice.
